Kalindee Rail to raise funds

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 18, 2008, has approved the infusion of Funds upto Rs 75.00 Crores by promoters / promoters group by way of Issuance of 18.00 Lakh convertible equity warrants.

Approved raising of funds through equity by way of QIP upto a maximum of Rs 150 crores.

Approved draft of notice to convene EGM so as to seek the requisite approval of members for issuance of Convertible Warrants and QIP.
