TCS fixes Record Date

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Ltd has announced that July 31, 2006 has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose issue of Bonus shares as also for Payment of interim Dividend, if declared, at the Board Meeting to be held on July 18, 2006.
