Bilpower to consider allotment of shares on merger of Sun Transtamp Pvt Ltd

Bilpower Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2008 to issue and allot 15,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Shareholders of Sun Transtamp Pvt Ltd as consideration in Scheme of Amalgamation of Sun Transtamp Pvt Ltd with the Company.

The Scheme of Amalgamation has approved by the Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai order dated February 15, 2008.
