Punjab Chemicals allots 1510000 warrants

Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 12, 2008 have approved the allotment of 15,10,000 Equity Preferential Convertible Warrants to the persons whose names were mentioned in the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated December 27, 2007 consequent upon receipt of 10% upfront amount in advance.
