Jubilant Organosys allots 198441 equity shares on conversion of FCCB's

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Meeting of the Special Committee of the Board of Directors held on February 13, 2008, allotment of 198,441 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 272.0648 per share has been made to Swiss Finance Corp. (Mauritius) Ltd., on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 1,250,000.
