Vardhman Polytex allots FCCBs

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2008 has made the allotment of 2% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) for an amount of USD 12 Million in the course of international offerings.
