Aksh Optifibre allots 1633987 GDRs

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Company has successfully completed the Offering and allotment of USD 5 million Global Depository Receipts (3,267,974 equity shares underlying 1,633,987 GDRs).

Elara Capital Plc of U.K. has been the sole Lead Manager to the GDR Issue of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.57.70, down by Rs.1.65 or 2.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60 and low of Rs.56.40.

The total traded quantity was 36157 compared to 2 week average of 60636.
