Sterling Holiday Resorts approves allotment of GDRs

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, has approved the allocation of 39,764,400 Global Depository Receipts (GDR).
