Lupin Ltd allots 7890 shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2019 has allotted 7890 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 90,51,81,504 consisting 45,25,90,752 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.732 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 712.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 109929 in over 3166 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 742.45 and intraday low of 725. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 80704974.
