The Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated June 21, 2019 has approved total allotment of 29,395 shares to Twenty Six (26) associates under following schemes - allotment of 3000 equity shares to 1(1) associate under ASOP 2003 scheme, allotment of 3270 equity shares to Three (3) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme ,allotment of 15,525 equity shares to Fifteen (15) associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme and allotment of 7600 equity shares to Seven (7) associates respectively on June 22, 2019.
