Pace Electronics allots 8575000 shares

Pace Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, in pursuance to the authority given by the members at the Extra — Ordinary General Meeting held on December 10, 2007, has allotted 85,75,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 7/- per share on February 05, 2008 on preferential basis.
