Global Broadcast to raise Rs 600 Crores through QIP

Global Broadcast News Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, inter alia had approved to raise the funds up to Rs 600 Crores through Qualified Institutional Placement.

To change the name of the Company.

To grant up to 2,00,000 ESOPs to Non Executive Directors including Independent Directors.

To authorise for calling Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purposes.
