Shiva Fertilizers to issue 17.10 Lakh shares and 28 Lakh warrants

Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2008, inter alia, has approved the issue 17,10,000 Equity Shares on Preferential basis and 28,00,000 Convertible Warrants to promoters & non promoters.

To increase the Authorised Equity Share capital of the Company from Present Rs 5 Crores to Rs 10 Crores.
