Ritesh Properties to issue 192308 shares to NDTV

Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on February 02, 2008, inter alia, has taken the decision to issue 1,92,308 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 120/- per share as per SEBI pricing formula to New Delhi Television Ltd on preferential allotment basis.

To convene the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on February 27, 2008 to approve the preferential allotment.
