Wockhardt Ltd allots 18800 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Wockhardt Limited has allotted 18,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 4th June, 2019, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 55,34,31,015/- (11,06,86,203 equity shares of Rs. 51- each) to Rs. 55,35,25,015/- (11,07,05,003 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).

The Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the allotment.

Shares of WOCKHARDT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.405.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 398.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75830 in over 1328 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 410 and intraday low of 395.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30449533.
