Anjani Fabrics allots 366500 shares

Anjani Fabrics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, has allotted 366500 equity shares pursuant to conversion of 366500 warrants at the price of Rs 22/- per equity share (Rs 10/- face value + Rs 12/- premium).
