PBA Infrastructure approves issue of 30 Lakh warrants

PBA Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, has approved the issue of 30,00,000 Share Warrants @ Rs 10.00 each on a premium as determined / fixed by the Statutory Authority on the basis of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000, was adopted by the Board.
