Sterling Holiday Resorts EGM approves issue of 3228000 warrants

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 31, 2008, have approved the issue of 32,28,000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 73.16 on preferential basis.
