Panoramic Universal to issue 10 Crores preference shares

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, inter alia, has discussed and approved the allotment of Ten Crores 7% cumulative, non convertible, redeemable preference shares to Pancard Clubs Ltd, a promoter Group Company.
