India Infoline allots 37 Lakh equity shares

India Infoline Ltd has announced that pursuant to approval of shareholders and other regulatory approvals, the Board of Directors of the Company have vide circular resolution passed on January 30, 2008, has approved allotment of 37,00,000 equity shares of the Company to Orient Global Tamarind Fund Pte Ltd on preferential basis in terms of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines as per the terms of issue.
