Kamdhenu Ispat to allot 2788934 warrants

Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, inter alia, has decided to issue and allot 2788934 warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company to the promoters and other investors, subject to approval of the members of the Company, for the further expansion plans of the Company.
