Thomas Cook redeems preference shares

Thomas Cook India Ltd has announced that the Company on January 30, 2008 has redeemed 103,284,000 4.65% Class A Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each. With this the said Class of Preference Shares stand fully redeemed and cancelled. Further the Company has informed that, the dividend on the said shares has also been paid to the shareholders existing as of date.
