D B Corp Ltd allots 2650 shares under OBCL ESOS - 2011 Scheme - Tranches 4 and 5

On March 18, 2019, i.e. today, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of D. B. Corp Limited has issued and allotted 2,650 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 2,650 stock options under DBCL - ESOS 2011 Scheme - Tranches 4 and 5 to its employees covered under the Scheme.

The Issued and Paid-up Capital (Before Allotment) (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each) was 17,49,08,700 which has increased to 17,49,11,350 shares after the above allotment.

The new Equity Shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing capital of the Company.

Shares of D B Corp Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.198 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 200.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4909 in over 236 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 202.6 and intraday low of 194.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 978631.
