Mudra Lifestyle to allot 30 Lakh warrants to promoters

Mudra Lifestyle Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2008, inter alia, has considered and decided to Allot 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakh) Equity Warrants to the Promoters of the Company of Rs 10 Per Warrant at a premium of Rs 110/- per Warrant and authorised Allotment Committee of Board to allot the equity warrants to the promoters after getting the credit of amounts in Company's bank accounts.
