DCB Bank allots 84,100 shares

DCB Bank has issued and allotted 84,100 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on March 14, 2019, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,94,09,998 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
