Diamond Cables approves Conversion of Equity Warrants and allotment of Equity Shares

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has, vide their Circular Resolution dated January 25, 2008, approved request from promoters for conversion of 550,000 Equity Warrants into Equity Shares and allotment thereof.
