RBL Bank Limited approves allotment of 232,364 Equity Shares under ESOP

RBL Bank Ltd has allotted 232,364 (Two Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Four Only) equity shares of face valueRs. 10 each on March 5, 2019 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 425,837,066 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,258,370,660 to 426,069.430 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,260,694.300.

Shares of RBL Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.607 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 594.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 90461 in over 1984 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 610 and intraday low of 591.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 54703046.
