AXIS Bank kallots 98,870 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 98,870 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 5th March 2019, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 514,19,56,922 (257,09,78,461 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 514,21,54,662 (257,10,77,331 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.732.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 703.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 639444 in over 10008 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 734.2 and intraday low of 701.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 459875989.
