HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd allots 100,860 shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd vide its resolution passed on February 26, 2019 has allotted 100,860 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company having distinctive numbers from 2017256698 to 2017357557 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 20,173,575,570 consisting of 2,017,357,557 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Shares of HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.350.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 352.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40850 in over 875 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 357.5 and intraday low of 348. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14396337.
