HEG Converts FCCBs into 803768 shares

HEG Ltd has announced that out of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due in 2010 amounting to US$ 28.75 million issued by Company in July, 2005, the Share Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2008 has allotted 803768 Equity Shares upon conversion of 355 FCCBs amounting to US$ 3.55 Million at a conversion price of Rs 192.06 per share. Post allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 44,31,79,830/- from Rs 43,51,42,150/-.
