Petron Engineering Construction Ltd (PECL) has now announced with reference to earlier announcement dated January 10, 2008 regarding acquisition of 52.34% of the Paid-up Share Capital of Petron Engineering Construction Ltd (PECL) by Kazstroyservice, PLC, UK, that the Company has received letter dated January 15, 2008 from Kazstroyservice, PLC, UK informing to the Company that Kazstroyservice, PLC has directly / indirectly acquired 52.34% of the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company which has been taken on the record by the Company.
