Gujarat NRE allots 2728350 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2008, has issued and allotted 27,28,350 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 38.04 per share and 46,44,640 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 52.50 per share respectively pursuant to Conversion Notice(s) received from the holder(s) of FCCBs.
