Networth Stock Broking approves preferential allotment

Networth Stock Broking Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 26,35,140 Equity Shares on preferential allotment basis to Foreign Institutional Investors, Bodies Corporates.

The allotment of 11,54,000 Share Warrants on preferential allotment to Foreign Institutional Investor, Individuals and Corporates.
