Mukta Arts defers decision on QIP Issue

Mukta Arts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2008, inter alia, has deferred the decision on raising additional funds through Qualified Institutional Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers.
