Quintegra Solutions Updates on warrants issue

Quintegra Solutions Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated December 14, 2007 regarding the names of proposed allottees to the preferential issue of warrants, that the employment contract with Mr. Diptaneal Roy, one of the proposed allottees to the preferential issue of warrants, has been terminated. Hence 65,200 equity warrants proposed to be issued to him will not be issued.

Accordingly the total number of warrants to be issued on preferential allotment basis would stand reduced to 26,34,800 from 27,00,000.
