Lloyds Metals to consider conversion of 50 Lakh warrants

Lloyds Metals & Engineers Ltd has announced that a Committee Meeting of the Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on January 25, 2008 for allotment of 50,00,000 Equity Shares to Warrant holders on exercising their option for conversion of their Warrants into Equity shares as per the prescribed terms.
