Kamdhenu Ltd allots 20 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

Kamdhenu Limited had allotted 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs Only) number of Warrants Convertible into equal number of equity shares on a preferential / private placement basis on 6th July, 2017. Out of above, 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs Only) warrants has been converted into equal number of equity shares and allotted in the board meeting on 12.04.2018.

Now 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs Only) warrants has been converted and equal number of equity shares has been allotted to allottees in the board meeting held today, 05.01.2018, at 11:00 Hrs and concluded at 12:15 Hrs.

Shares of Kamdhenu Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.173 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 166.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 663 in over 17 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 177 and intraday low of 165. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 110930.
