Future Consumer Ltd allots 36 lakh shares

Future Consumer Ltd has on 27th December, 2018 issued and allotted 36,00,000 equity shares consequent to exercise of options, at the exercise price as determined under the FVIL Employees Stock Option Plan - 2011, of the Company.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,51,79,76,080/- comprising of 1,91,96,62,680 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.

Shares of Future Consumer Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.45.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 112148 in over 531 trades.
