Akruti City Board Meeting on Jan 18, 2008 to consider preferential issue

Akruti City Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider the issue of equity shares of the Company on a preferential basis subject to the provisions of SEBI (Disclosure and investor protection) Guidelines, 2000.
