Raasi Refractories to allot 650000 shares

Raasi Refractories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2008, inter alia, has decided to issue and allot 650000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/— each of the Company to Brabourne Commerce Pvt Ltd on Preferential Basis in accordance with the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Disclosures and Investors Protection) Guidelines 2000.
