Himadri Chemicals allots 2762000 Warrants

Himadri Chemicals & Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has issued and allotted 2762000 Warrants convertible into equal number of shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 426/- per share on preferential basis to Citigroup Venture Capital International Growth Partnership Mauritius Ltd and Promoter Group in terms of special resolution passed by the shareholders at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 08, 2007.
