Zicom Electronic allots 21 Lakh warrants

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on January 17, 2008, has allotted 21,00,000 warrants of Rs 10/- each at the price of Rs 200/- per share entitling the warrant holder to subscribe to one equity share of Rs 10/- each (in aggregate 21,00,000 equity shares), to the following Promoters' Group Companies on preferential basis. The warrants and the resulting equity shares shall be under lock in for the period of three years from the date of allotment i.e. January 17, 2008, in accordance with SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Issue:

1. Coronet Properties & Investment Pvt Ltd: 10,50,000 Warrants allotted.

2. Baronet Properties & Investment Pvt Ltd: 10,50,000 Warrants allotted.
