Zicom Electronic EGM approves issue of 15.75 Lakh warrants

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 17, 2008, have approved the issue of 15,75,000 Warrants to various Body Corporates / individuals on preferential basis.

Each warrant shall carry an option / entitlement to subscribe to one equity share of the Company of Rs 10/- each on a future date (i.e. in aggregate options to subscribe to maximum of 15,75,000 equity shares) at the price specified as per SEBI's Guidelines for Preferential Issues [Chapter XIII of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000] or Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) per equity share, whichever is higher.
