Federal Bank Ltd approves allotment of 19,33,503 shares under ESOS 2010

As authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of Federal Bank Ltd, has approved the allotment of 19,33,503 (Ninteen lakh thrity three thousand five hundred and three only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees has been made upon exercise of stock options under ESOS 2010 Scheme for which allottees have paid money.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.84.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3891217 in over 2261 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.2 and intraday low of 83.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 331644383.
