ABG Shipyard allots 40 Lakh warrants

ABG Shipyard Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2008, has allotted 40,00,000 warrants at the price of Rs 796.66 per warrant to the promoters of the Company, M/s. ABG International Pvt Ltd.
