Amtek Auto to allot shares, warrants at Rs 458

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2008 has allotted following securities to the promoter Company on preferential basis.

70,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- per share at a premium of Rs 458/- aggregating to Rs 322 crores.

150,00,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 458/- aggregating to Rs 690 crores.
