Asian Oilfield allots 752900 equity shares

Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 15, 2008, has issued and allotted 7,52,900 Equity Shares to 16 Convertible Warrants holders from whom the Company has already received the balance subscription money of Rs 68.40 per warrant. Consequent upon the allotment of said Equity Shares, the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 7,00,71,000 to Rs 7,76,00,000.
