Satnam Overseas seeks EGM approval for preferential warrants

Satnam Overseas Ltd has announced that an Extra ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on January 30, 2008, inter alia, to create, offer, issue and allot upto 1,02,00,000 warrants convertible into 1,02,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at a conversion price of Rs 78.35 per equity share of the Company, to the promoters / Promoter Group of the Company.

On preferential allotment basis, at such time or times, in one or more tranches and in such manner as may be decided by the Board in this behalf.
