Amtek India allots 365623 shares

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 14, 2008, has allotted 365,623 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCBs of US $ 1.00 million.
