Dhanalakshmi Bank Rights Issue at Rs 62

Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 14, 2008, has decided to issue the equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of one equity share for every one equity share of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 52/- per equity share aggregating to Rs 198,75,83,600.

The stock closed the day at Rs.129.95, up by Rs.6.15 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.129.95 and low of Rs.117.65.

The total traded quantity was 46216 compared to 2 week average of 150712.
